How much does a locksmith Charge per hour?

Quite simply every locksmith is different in what and how they charge you. Do Locksmiths charge a call out fee?

Every locksmith in the uk will charge more for an out of hours call out generally between 7pm and 7am. For this reason ask yourself is it an emergency do I need to pay additional charges or can it wait until normal hours?

As a direct answer to the question, some locksmiths will charge a call out fee. Then you will play for all the extras, Cost of entry, cost of locks, hours on the job etc etc.

We operate on a simple structure we charge £115 to come out to you and this includes gaining entry and the replacement lock. This cost out of hours is £175. We don’t have hidden extras. We will charge extra for additional works, Ie if you require multiple locks to be changed. Once we are onsite additional locks are £25 each.
